Purpose
This electronic list is designed to assist suppliers in finding the buyer responsible for selection of commodities and services purchased at the University.

Getting Started
To assist suppliers in selling to USF you can find buyers from colleges and departments above. The Resource Guide will provide suppliers with specific information to assist you in contacting University of South Florida departments. Following this information will help you in your efforts to do business with the University.

Supplier Visits
Please make an appointment before any supplier visit. Appointments are made during normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 8a.m. to 5p.m. or as stated in the Guide). Be prepared to discuss your company's qualifications, capabilities, references, products and/or services, price, and delivery
