If searching for a job code, be sure to enter four digits, using leading zeros if necessary, and in the "Look in" drop down list, select "values." 

You may save the worksheet to a folder of your choice on your computer by clicking on the second icon to the left of the question mark (the green X). The full worksheet will open. Click on your 'File' menu, and select 'Save as'.   A dialog box will open. Select the folder location of your choice in which to save the worksheet, type a name for the file in the "File name" box. In the "Save as type" box, select "Microsoft Excel Workbook(*.xls)" . Finally, click the "Save" button in the lower right corner of the dialog box.
