Congratulations to our Bachelor’s candidates!
The USF commencement ceremony is a most dignified event and quite a bit different than what you may have experienced in high school. You will arrive at the Sun Dome and check in at the Corral, the practice gym adjacent to the Sun Dome. Here you will get your ceremony card. Then you proceed to the arena floor to be seated with other students from your college. Faculty Marshals help you on the arena floor.
Because seating is first come, first seated, we advise that you arrive when doors open. For all ceremonies, doors open 90 minutes prior to ceremony time. We do not seat graduates alphabetically as we recognize that many of you would prefer to sit among friends in your college.
You must register to attend commencement in advance. The deadline to register is always the Friday the week before the ceremony.
Also be sure to order your regalia from the USF Bookstore. You can place an order in advance during Grad Stampede, or purchase regalia beginning two weeks prior to the ceremony at the Bookstore.
We do communicate to our graduating seniors through email during the semester, so be sure your email does not block messages from USFgrad@admin.usf.edu. We also offer text messaging updates and you can sign up for this when you register for the ceremony.
