Group Visits (10 or More People)

We invite groups of all ages to come and visit the University of South Florida! We have many different activities for your group to participate in while they are on-campus. Group tours can be arranged during our regular business hours from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Due to the time it takes and the volume of visits we handle each month, please read below to make scheduling your visit to the campus a smooth experience.

• 45 days advance notice is required when booking a group tour
• One chaperone is requested for every 15 students
• All participants need to arrive on campus as a group and attend all aspects that are scheduled for the visit
• Dates, times and accommodations are subject to the resource of staff and students who are necessary to create a meaningful visit
• Please call two days prior to your visit if your numbers have changed so that we can make appropriate arrangements

The following activities are available for your student groups to participate in while visiting USF. Read the Daily Campus Visit Schedule for more details.

• Undergraduate Admissions Information Session
• Walking Campus Tour *
• Residence Hall Tour (maximum of 50 students)
• Lunch on campus in either of our dining facilities (paid for by the visiting group)

* If time does not allow or if weather prohibits our walking tour, consider a guided tour on your bus of our campus.
