Why USF?...
My family decided to relocate to Florida. I knew nothing about Florida
schools, but I came here to look and fell in love. |
 |
First Day...
I got lost everywhere I went and was worried I wouldn’t make it to my
classes on time and would be removed from my classes. |
 |
Living the campus life ...
I lived in Holly Apartments my first year and was very glad I did. I
had wonderful roommates that will probably be lifetime friends. |
 |
Student activities ...
I am very involved in student government. I love making a difference,
and being in student government enables me to do that. The school has so
much to offer, and being in student government gives me access to so
much of that information. It also enables me to share what USF has to
offer with the student population.

 |
Activities ...
I enjoy going to Clearwater Beach. There is also a great comedy club
in the area that is very reasonable for students. I enjoy going to
historic Ybor City to shop and have dinner with my friends. |
 |
Professors ...
I love all the professors. They really care about their students
learning and doing well. My favorite professor is Dr. MacManus. She is a
very interesting lady and I learned so much in her class. |
 |
Transitioning ...
The University Experience Class helped to bridge the gap by letting me
know what the university had to offer and where I could go to get what I
needed while I am here. |
 |
Multiculturalism ...
I come from an area that is very diverse, so I feel at home and I
appreciate the different cultures. I have met a lot of people from many
places. |
 |
Metropolitan area ...
USF’s location somewhat affects my future plans because
I would like to practice law and become involved in politics in the
Tampa Bay/ Fort Myers areas. |
 |
Global ...
USF has students and faculty from so many places. You learn how
different other parts of the world are from the United States. |
