The Administrative Advisory Council
Welcome Station Project FALL 2017

Part of USF's Week of Welcome Program

Attention USF employees! Help welcome students to campus and be part of student success!

Volunteers are needed to help make the first few days of classes a more positive experience for our students.

Each year, administration and staff employees volunteer to serve at information stations across the Tampa campus during the first two days of Fall and Spring classes.  The basic mission is to welcome students and offer assistance (directions, advice, etc.) to them on Monday, August 21 and Tuesday, August 22 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 3 p.m.

There will be 2 welcome information stations which require volunteers.
  • Chemistry Building (CHE) (volunteers needed)
  • Library / Cooper Hall Area (CPR) (volunteers needed)
